TEAM LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (m/f/d)

As a team leader, you will manage a wide range of development projects involving the design, analysis, and simulation of complex structures and systems.


Your Tasks

  1. You will coordinate development projects, ensuring they are always optimally staffed with the right expertise and necessary manpower.
  2. In accordance with applicable guidelines and customer specifications, you analyze requirements documents and specifications and estimate the resulting workload.
  3. You define requirements for your own team as for tasks assigned to external service providers that you effectively integrate into the bidding and project execution processes.
  4. You act as the central technical point of contact, coordinating closely with all internal and external stakeholders.
  5. You monitor performance and ensure that our quality standards and deadlines are met.
  6. Furthermore, you support the technical review and acceptance of project deliverables and efficiently integrate them into the customer workflow.


Your Profile

  1. You hold a degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
  2. You bring several years of professional experience in the development of structures and/or systems.
  3. You have initial experience in team leadership or the technical guidance of project teams (e.g., as a sub-project manager or senior engineer).
  4. You are highly proficient in design, analysis, simulation, or testing and have solid command of the associated standard industry tools (CAD, FEM, PDM, etc.).
  5. Ideally, you have experience in creating requirement specifications as well as managing and monitoring the quality of external service providers.
  6. Your fluency in German and English alllow you to comminicate effectively with all relevant parties.
