VALIDATION ENGINEER (m/f/d)

The safety of the systems we develop for and with our customers requires rigorous testing. This includes a wide range of certification, qualification, and environmental tests, from linear stress measurements to complex vibration and crash tests.

Your Tasks

1. You analyze customer requirements, specifications, standards, and regulations and derive validation plans from them.
2. You create test plans and define the test procedures.
3. You conduct risk analyses using FMEA to identify system weaknesses.
4. You oversee the test setup by monitoring the provision of test samples and test items, as well as the calibration and installation of the necessary measuring equipment on the test bench or in the laboratory.
5. You proactively evaluate and resolve emerging problems by communicating and coordinating effectively and across disciplines.
6. You maintain continuous communication with the development team and component suppliers.

Your Profile

1. You hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. You have initial experience in system documentation, system validation, testing, or quality assurance.
3. You possess a good understanding of technical specifications, standards, and regulations.
4. Ideally, you are familiar with modern measurement and testing technology.
5. Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
